About Paula Elder

Paula Elder is one of Central Kentucky’s most trusted and top-selling real estate agents. With more than a decade in real estate, Paula works with individuals, investors, and developers across Kentucky. Paula is a consistent top producer, finishing in the top 4% of more than 3,500 licensed agents within Bluegrass Realtors for several consecutive years.

She currently serves as President-Elect for Bluegrass Realtors and is a member of the Kentucky Realtors Board of Directors. Her leadership record includes serving as the National Association of Realtors RPAC Major Investor Liaison for Kentucky and President of the Realtor Community Housing Foundation. This high-level industry involvement, combined with her deep community roots working with the Nicholasville Planning Commission and formerly with the Junior League and the Markey Cancer Foundation, ensures that her clients are represented by one of the most connected and capable advocates in the state.

When she isn’t working, Paula enjoys time with her children, traveling, and working in the community.
